Had a good experience with the chemist. Staff was so helpful despite of busyness. They are always busy but still quick and efficient. Recommendable.
I have been using this pharmacy for several years. They are excellent. They take care of and try to look after each and every human being who passes through their doors even when they are very busy or about to close. I am a rather unprepossessing and forgetful 50-year-old man with complicated prescriptions and they are always very patient. I always leave feeling they tried their best! I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for all your hard work Team Benjamin Chemist... you rock!
This is an amazing pharmacy. I went there with a prescription and the staff was prompt and very attentive to my enquiries. My meds were ready in no time and I will definitely come back here for my next pick up. I highly recommend this pharmacy !

Really not as good as it used to be. Ordered prescription by email, they never looked at whole email so when we went to pick up meds only mine there. Said hadn't ordered husbands. This time they ordered wrong meds. Time to change pharmacy. Since posting this review I have received a phone call from the pharmacy who listened to my complaints and was very apologetic. I have been a weekly customer at Benjamins Chemist for 23 years and they have been consistently amazing. The staff are always friendly, caring and very helpful. Today, they exceeded my expectations by delivering my medication whilst I am self-isolating after testing Covid positive. Thank you very much Benjamins.
This is my local pharmacy and I use it on regular basis. I like the fact that over time we built a friendly relationship with Benjamin's staff working there.
Like anywhere else, it takes a moment or two to prepare a pre-ordered prescription which I understand and appreciate. I do not mind being a little bit patient and wait for 10 minutes while it is being prepared. As the saying goes, patience is a virtue.
These guys are absolutely the best! I recently went on prescription medication and because it was the first time that I used them I didn’t know how the process worked and missed re-ordering them on some occasions.
The staff went out of their way to help me and make sure I had enough supply, call my GP, call me, arrange for everything - absolute angels!
