One of the lady very peaceful answering of my question but Very rude senior pharmacist! He cut my discussion with her . I will not go that pharmacy in my life and I will suggest to all patients don’t buy with them. I gave one start for that lady she is nice and kind to understand to me.
Very rude senior pharmacist! And it looks like i am not the only one who had a bad experience here.
Was confused about the prescription of the medicine, asked the senior pharmacist about that and got a very rude response like " take all of them all together in the morning!! What is not clear!!??"
It was not clear cause the prescription suggested taking the medication twice a day, not all in one go!! With such poor staff, we may become even sicker.
Very disrespectful attitude, will not visit them again and will not recommend to anyone. A shame in our borough.
If there was a option for a minus this is what I'd give. The person answering the phone needs to be trained properly rude snd abrupt and not understanding a word I'm saying. Told my doctors surgery they could definitely order in a medication when I called to ask how long it would be told they can't get it.just a total waste of timr
Staff are friendly but didn’t open up until 09:10 and was second in the queue and had still wait for my prescription.on my prescription was signed 07:09.23 but still had to wait 20 minutes to be made up 13.9.23. Some people came in and their ones was already done.I put the prescription in early each time so it is ready for me but for the last five occasions I’ve had to wait.don’t know if the owner is changed but before, as long as it was for than 4 days it was already made up for me
My partner had an awful experience while exchanging what should have been a very routine prescription. Instead she was met by an incredibly rude member of staff who shouted at her. (Michael? If that is his real name…)
She came out feeling very upset.
Absolutely terrible and unacceptable level of service.
If that’s what you get for asking a valid question, I’d heavily recommend avoiding this pharmacy.
There are many other reviews of people leaving upset… how does this member of staff still have the job?

I just went in to swap expired medications which were issued to me from this pharmacy. As it said expires April, I wanted to make sure I had correct potency for my meds. I explained the situation and was met by Michael the pharmacist raising his voice at me explaining why he couldn't swap it. He continually interrupted me and did not allow me to explain. When I did get a word or two in, he did not listen to my points.
He was extremely unprofessional and being defensive on why this shouldn't have been issued in the first place, repeating himself over and over despite not listening to me. I had to ask him to not raise his voice at me. I understand everyone has processes and policies to follow but the professionalism and communication was nothing I have ever experienced before - not to mention 2 new customers came in and then he began shouting my details across the shop before I walked away and he came down to speak to me.
I came out of this experience crying and shaking. I should never be made feel horrible for going into a pharmacy for some help, especially when expired meds are involved. I will never use this pharmacy ever again as I've been made feel so tiny, not listened to and ultimately upset. Really disappointed and horrible experience. I will be making a formal complaint to the pharmacy and NHS PALS.
I recently got my vaccine booster done here and the whole team were amazing. The young girl booking everyone in & the gentleman who gave me my vaccine were working incredibly under the amount of pressure from all the patients and the closing time approaching. What a lovely team!
I really just don’t know what to say but drained. This is a chemist next to my work place so I started having my repeat prescriptions sent there. Unfortunately, even though I wait a few days after my prescription has been issued, it still takes the dispensers around 15 mins to give me my medication. They also like to shout across the shop what medication I’m expecting, on which I have to shout back what it is therefore informing the rest of the shop and public my confidential medical information! I let it go the first few times but then I felt it was embarrassing and I decided to switch to a different pharmacy. But as it’s so close to my work I do have to pop in there sometimes for pharmacy advice, well today I waited what seemed like forever just to talk to a pharmacist and there was only me and one other in the shop. I stormed out never to go back there again! It’s a shame as not all the staff are unhelpful and the owner is very nice but unfortunately it’s happened far too many times.
