All occasions I’ve booked appointments first thing in the morning. They still are running 20 mins minimum late! Notices in reception saying they will de-register anyone who misses an appointment. No idea how 9am/9.20am appointments can always be running so late, every time, 25 mins today!. People have schedules and work to get to. They can get away with such poor service (printer also not working for receipts for insurance claims) due to lack of nhs dentists. Stay away if you can. They seem to chop and change their dentists a lot, I had one previously who literally looked in my mouth for 30 seconds, didn’t touch anything and sent me out (after a long wait then a big bill!) he doesn’t seem to be there anymore thankfully and I was told he wasn’t a regular.
This morning after a 25 min wait (the guy before me with a child was also grumbling about it), they were incredibly unhelpful / rude about giving me a receipt for insurance. They said I should photograph their screen but they didn’t know what to do and were showing me partial bits and it was ridiculous and taking ages. I then said could they email me the receipt as their printer was broken. The lady's response was 'when do we have time to do that.' I left my email but doubt I'll receive it. I'm sorry but do they have zero customer experience skills, be polite and helpful, its not my fault they clearly have issues their end. Training for how to speak to customers is much needed! I know the previous male receptionist was also very rude but he clearly hasn't been replaced by more knowledgable, efficient or polite staff. No reminders for appointments either. If it was easy to find another dentist I would have left a long time ago. Huge number of people in waiting room so assume other dentist somehow was also extremely late this early in the morning!
The Dentist Milena was absolutely amazing! She did an extraction of my son's teeth, she was very careful and gentle to be sure to cause minimal pain. She was very friendly and highly professional!
Highly recommended dental practice!!!!
Always problem in their system.
They give date to patients on card but, get the email of different dates.
No communication and not good work from reception.
Dentist are fine.
But, always got wrong emails, dates and time.
When u reach their sometimes you find that they cancel appointments without letting you know.
Management system is not good from reception
I had an appointment with Dr Milena Cerova Today to get my Teeth Cleaned, It was the most relaxing Experience ever with Her, She was so so Kind and made me feel so relaxed! She was very welcoming. Thank you so much. I felt at ease. I would Definitely Reccommend Asking For Dr Milena Cerevo when you book your appointments at Belmont Lodge dental practise! ????????
Lovely dentists however I have turned up twice now for my kids appointments only to be told that it's been cancelled and that they assume someone called me (I can confirm no missed calls or voicemails) on top of this, the man on reception is one of the rudest, most combative, defensive and aggressive people I have had the misfortune to come across. Customers get upset, that's life in any job where customers are involved and is unavoidable but if you don't know how to de-escalate, empathise and support your customers then you really shouldn't be patient facing.

Last Monday I heard that you are on sick leave but I really need your help ASAP .
As you might remember last October
2023 I got a fine (PCN) from NHS due to a missing PR form (mistake from Belmont Lodge)
Even I explained the circumstances to the NHS and wrote a challenge to the PCN, the previous fine was increased again since NHS requires a formal email from Belmont Lodge .
(Recently NHS contacted me that NHS didn't receive any emails from Belmont Lodge .)
I provided detailed info on what NHS needs to your receptionist last Tuesday (23 January 2024 ).
Could you please let me know by when you will be able to send NHS an email to solve this issue .
If you are not able to deal with this matter (due to sick leave) please advise who would officially act in your behalf and write a letter/email to the NHS to avoid the penalty (incl. further increases).

Saw Milena today, very pleasant and helpful. She explained each step as she went. Treatment was careful and very thorough.
I have been going to Jacqui for years now for my dental treatment. I would not want to see anyone else as I trust her to always provide me with the best dental care. I have had some bad experiences with other dentists so it’s been amazing and such a relief to find Jacqui. I recently had a crown fitted and it’s been perfect and as always an excellent service.
