If you like zero communication from the garage and for them to spend your money on advisories they don't update to faults on the DVSA website, this is the place for you. An MOT ended up with with them bumbling about "ordering parts" and "being sent the wrong thing" for almost a week. A headache you really want to avoid.
Every communication we had with this garage was initiated by ourselves and it appears that is just how they operate as a business, they like to spend your money without a word and expand the verbal contract of diagnosing the issues to repair.
Guy who answered the phone got incredibly defensive when I asked if they had already started work on repairing the car without consulting us and was unable to provide a quote at that point besides complete hand waving figures that ended up around £150-300 less than the final price, due to "fault" they didn't register correctly on the DVSA website, which is still down as an advisory.
Wonderful. Despite it being holidays and staff off, fitted me in at short notice for my MX-5, 20k service and mot. Thanks guys, recommended!
