Bell Green Surgery should be closed or investigated by the local authorities. Patients need to be treated with dignity. The receptionists need to talk to the patients in a well mannered way and stop lying about we don’t have appointments. My son has been ill for 6 days now he needs to see the GP not the walk in centre. If I need to take my kids to walk in centre why register them with GP practice. Bell green receptionists don’t know how to talk firstly and the amount of attitude they have when I’ve gone in to the surgery is ridiculous they need more training or they haven’t been trained. I’ve seen some amazing GP practices and the receptionist are kind and humble. I will complain to the local authority about bell green surgery. Not even one star they deserve
Zoe the practice manager has helped me so much & the receptionist I carnt remember her name is outstanding when I am housebound & needed my covid injection they all went above & beond to help me get one best people I wish & hope they get a huge pay rise I cannot thank them enough ????????????????

Extremely rude and incompetent receptionists. All of the receptionists talk down to their patients to belittle them, and they frequently lie to patients and doctors about appointments. I was told by one of the women working at the reception to wait ten minutes to see Doctor Princewill and that he would ask them over the phone for me to come in, and that they would then tell me to enter his office. Fifteen minutes went by until Princewill asked her why I had not entered his office, to which they lied to him by saying that she did tell me to go in, and that I had just sat there doing nothing. That woman didn't say a thing to me during my wait. Doctor Princewill himself is very rude.
Doctor Bogalanda has been there for a while and I have always found him humourous, friendly and helpful if you tell him you need something.
The worst doctors I've ever had in my life and the receptionist are really rude and talk to you like you are a piece of dog mess and they nearly cost me my life they also called walsgrave hospital liars and laughed in my face i had necrotising fasciitis and the doctor wouldn't see me face to face when I demanded to see him 2 days before I got rushed into hospital fighting for my life and having 8 operations and being in hospital for 5 weeks
I posted a review some time ago, but after being with the surgery for well over 12yrs, I am still fully satisfied with the service I receive. I rang today for an appointment and was given with no issues. I have always never had a problem getting an appointment and staff are always polite. The only thing I would like is a female doctor but other that perfect.
This doctors is the worst doctors surgery I have ever came across. The lack of privacy and care given by the receptionists is disgusting and the fact that there is not a certain doctor there that you could see every time so you have to explain your condition on a regular basis. You can never get an appointment. They are rude and act like you lie about your health. The doctor called me fat when I couldn't breathe and I am a size 10. Turned out I had a bad chest infection and I have a heart condition. The lack of care given is honestly minimal and I don't see how they are still open. I will be changing surgery today because I deserve to be treated better. Especially when I go there because I'm sick. Would rate no stars. Don't give me that option...
