Homemade traditional Italian cuisine, exceptional coffee and warm hospitality - what isn’t to love! The ambiance was so cosy and relaxing, and we weren’t made to feel at all rushed as we enjoyed chatting and taking our time. The cannoli are the best I’ve had! Brilliantly affordable too.
What a hidden gem this place is! Having been to the park with my daughter and granddaughter and puppy, we were walking past this place and decided to stop for drinks…. Which turned into drinks, a margarita pizza to share and ice cream for my granddaughter. The pizza was perfect, simple but cooked so beautifully. I’m not a fan of anything tomato, but I really enjoyed my share, tomato and all! The service was very warm, welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a coffee, light bite or something more substantial whilst sitting outside in the sunshine ( or inside on cooler days)
Lovely Italian restaurant in Heddon. Went here with family for the first time for an evening meal. Very friendly atmosphere & lovely food. Lovely pizzas, pastas, cakes and desserts etc. A hidden gem in Heddon. Would recommend!
Our first time at Bell e Buon, we were invited for lunch by our friends who live in Heddon on the Wall.
It is hidden away, so use a satnav. It is small, so book ahead. It is not luxurious but it is very comfortable. If you are in a hurry or you want a huge choice on the menu it's not for you. But if you want a little taste of Italy, Bell e Boun is just the place for you. IT'S A LITTLE GEM.
I had the seafood pasta in squid ink followed by Lemon Torta, which were delicious.
The friendly atmosphere and attention from the staff and owners alike was very special.
We will be back.
Lovely breakfast barm on are first stop off on Hadrian’s wall on a rainy day it was just what the doctor order beautiful coffee as well
Great cafe went with a few friends at the weekend. Excellent service and very friendly. The full English is a must have. Very tasty and well presented will definitely be returning
What a special place. Amazing food, staff and atmosphere. I felt this was a real experience and not just a meal out.
Lovely spot of lunch, excellent service. Good quality, delicious food which is lovingly prepared. Highly recommended, we will certainly be back.
