Love this little cafe. Visited several times. Breakfast in a box is delicious. Only tea, coffee and cake this time. The egg custard was tasty. The view is amazing and can easily tempt you to ordering another drink to stay longer.
Edit: went back again first week in September, staff were rude, eggs were undercooked, hardly any mushrooms, bacon had almost as much fat as meat after they refused to trim the fat like they did last time for us stating that they'd just give us a knife. Oh and we got there at 3.45 and were originally told they weren't sure if we could order an all day breakfast. Isn't all day actually all day then? They shut at 5pm and it's not like they were quiet either.
So I'm splitting the scores between this trip, 1 star and last trip 5 star, seems it could be a case of hit and miss. But we definitely won't be going back, shame really.
Absolutely brilliant. Yes the weather helped but the staff were great and had a good laugh, the views were beautiful and the food is spectacular, honestly the best all day breakfast I've had in ages that didn't cost £20, (even then they were no better).
Price of an all day breakfast is currently £5.99 for that you get: 2 slices of toast or fried bread, 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, beans, tomato, mushrooms and a fried egg. That's a lot of food for not a lot of money compared to most places and it tasted really good.
Cracking little extra, sausages for the dogs, 50p each and they come in their own little bag all cut up.
Ok so there is a steep walk both to and from the beach from the cafe, as well as to and from the car park. Probably around 200 to 250 metres to the car park which is £1 an hour and maybe a bit further down to the beach. But if you're reasonably stable on your feet then it's not too much of a problem as you can just take your time.
Would I go back? Yes, definitely and probably end up getting very fat on the breakfasts every day given the opportunity ????. (Not after the last visit I won't).
We visited in mid August and it wasn't too busy either at around 11.30.
Excellent location and amazing view. Food is excellent and generous portions, but be careful with timing of lunch as they may run out near closing time due to high demand on busy days. There's a minimum for card payments so make sure to have some cash in pocket if you just need an ice lolly :) Very nice and friendly staff, great menu and superb location.

Amazing little gem. We went on motocycles the gents who run the car park next door looked after us then the cafe was brilliant. Lovely food, service with a smile, and amazing value. We will go again.
Oh and wonderful views.
This place is great! The food and snacks are great, service is quick, staff are friendly and I cant even describe how beautiful the views are from the outdoor seating area. The ice cream they serve is smooth and creamy. They allow dogs on the premises and provide a tap and a few bowls for your dogs also.
What can i say about this place. Bloody amazing. While on a call out to an injured seal at the Gap ( with BDMLR as Marine Mammal Medics ) , this lovely lady sorted us a cuppa and cake out even though they were packing up. Lovely cuppa and home made Bakewell tart. Well place cafe to sit and enjoy a snack, cuppa, ice cream or whatever takes your fancy. The views are stunning too. Lots of seating outside so no worries with the current situation. Spaced out well with a lovely table arrangement too. Gorgeous flower baskets and ornaments compliment the already beautiful scenery. Staff are well manner, polite and couldnt help us enough. Well worth a visit . Prices are great. Good value and descent .... ok bloody yummy food . They have loads of stuff you can buy .. beach goods, balls, hoops bucket and spades etc all good value. We can't wait to be back again. Hopefully not with a seal call out though. X
Bit busy ,but got a table lovely sausage bap and cake saw a breakfast come out looked nice.perfect little stop as your walking along the beach will be back
