Came down from Reading for a family wedding and had major car issues leaving us stuck with no transport and no accommodation. Called around to lots of the local garages and everyone bar BCMT told us they were unable to help. Got us in as soon as possible and worked with us to resolve the problem within a day at a reasonable price. Cannot understate how helpful they were! Definitely recommend and thank you for your help!
I'm a driving instructor and needed a last minute MOT. I contacted BCMT last night and they replied early this morning confirming they could move a few things round to book me in so it wouldn't interfere with work - Adam was more than accommodating and an absolute lifesaver. Polite and friendly staff who even offered me a cup of coffee whilst I waited. 100% recommend and will certainly be recommending to colleagues, friends and family members. Thanks guys!
When I walked in they looked so busy I thought I would have to come back on another day but they managed to fit me in and within the hour which was perfect as i was going on a long journey the next day. They work professionally and quick with excellent communication skills. The price was perfect and I was well pleased they even changed my break light bulb and told me about my wipers which they changed on my request. Thanks guys well pleased with the service.

I just can't understand why anyone would only offer a 2 star rating for this garage or any of their staff. I have always been dealt with a professional but personal response. If people wish to not have MOT work carried out then on their heads be it, just don't get stopped by the traffic police if you have a doggy MOT, don't put the lives of yourself and your passengers at risk for the sake of a cheap job.
Have taken my Nissan Note here on many occasions and always have received top quality service. Honest truthful and fairly priced HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Took my Fiesta in for cam belt change, been running around in it for 2 to 3 weeks since with no problems. Excellent advise and service from James at a very reasonable cost. Will be going back.
Awful customer service. Took our mitsuibishi outlander to replace the timing chain and was told 4 days later it would be complete. A week went by and we phoned, to be told the car would be ready the following day. This went on for 4 weeks. No correspondence from the garage at all, work was carried out that wasn't authorised by myself and we were charge for it. Avoid
