Advertised as a "service station" on Waze but refuses people use of the toilet. Assuming this place is run by a man because no woman who has experienced being caught without a loo for miles would pull this cruel trick. Obviously a frequent issue since there's even a sign on the door. If you don't want loads of people using it just make it customers only or charge for use when people are desperate.
We stoped there and the girl on the counter was rude and did not smile.She refused the use of the toilet. Especially as he had got over prostrate cancer.
Terrible service, had a flat tyre, requested their assistance, was rudely turned away. No offer to help despite clearly being in a difficult situation. Refused to speak to me, even closed the shutters on me!
Darren was recommended by a local car body shop. We were not disappointed as Darren with his knowledge and experience was able to overcome issues arising during our job. Very happy with the outcome and highly recommend Darren at Bawdrip Service Station

Helpful and friendly staff but sadly they no longer sell LPG gas!
Asked a staff member if I could use the toilet after purchasing fuel while I was in the shop and the answer was no. I asked why and the response I received was most impolite and rood and not how I would expect a customer to be treated. I will be avoiding this establishment in the future. They will not be having my custom.
