Always come her for my dog food, pleasant staff and a good shop.
Knowledgeable friendly staff and usually no problem with large selection of stock.
The upstairs clothing dept seems a bit underused it should attract far more people needing practical warm dry work and country clothing at reasonable prices.
Note anyone can use the store it has a good selection of pet food and DIY items almost anyone could find handy and usually adequate parking right outside.

Went to choose some gates from BATA in Ruswarp and the service was fantastic.
Rachel spent time explaining all the details needed to choose the right product for our needs and this stopped us going elsewhere.
