Very good but also very busy
Used this garage a couple of times now, as have many of my colleagues. Today they quickly sorted out an anti roll bar link for me. I had issues in the morning and it was diagnosed and fixed by the afternoon on short notice. 10/10 service very friendly staff and all work done for a very reasonable price. Extremely highly recommend just an all around great garage.
I've been going to this garage for a few years now, can't recommend them enough. They always do a really thorough job, they're super efficient, totally trustworthy, very friendly and go above and beyond when needed. Anything to do with my car I go there, even though it's a bit more of a drive now, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Been using this place for years and that speaks volumes. I happen to know that they are looking for motor mechanics or young people to train up for a career in the trade - there's a real shortage at the moment and nowadays it's a real hi-tech business and has come a long way from the old grease-monkey image. So if you know anyone who might be interested, tell them to give Barton's a call.
Had a puncture coming across the moors to tavistock and managed to hobble off the main roads and stumbled upon Bartons garages. Unfortunately, tyres were not stocked but after some good banter with my northern accent he happily offered to fill the tyre with air and send us on our way whilst recommending Mark at Tyremarks in tavistock. Faultless customer service, with a genuine and friendly approach. Would definitely recommend! ????????????
Have been using Barton Garages for over 20 years. Cannot rate them high enough, they are very well equipped, provide excellent service and are very honest. Best Garage for miles around.
