Saw doctor Evans at Frimley Green Monday 25 March was very resureing and pushing things forward. Such a lovely doctor. Always try and book with her but lately have been told she isn't available. Always goes out of her way to help and vary caring
I called the doctors about a chest infection and was able to get a same day appointment to be checked over, I was shocked! I was seen promptly, and the doctor that saw me was lovely and reassured me a lot as I was panicking!
Fantastic service, glad I'm signed up to here.
In terms of getting an appointment, like everything else it is delayed. I managed to get a consultation online and had to wait 3 months to be contacted for an Asthma testing. That being said, I would like to give a huge thank you to Charlie who completed my Asthma exam today, she was super friendly, kind and funny and really made a daunting experience a whole lot better.
Terrible practice.. Impossible to get an appointment (easier to buy front row seats for a Coldplay concert). When you get lucky and manage to get a phonecall appt, it''s not scheduled in any way apart from 'sometime' in a particular day, and if you work for a living (like the staff at the practice) and can't take the call at the precise time they call, then you've missed your appointment. If it was any other type of service with competition they'd be out of business...
I wanted to say what a great surgery we have. Every time I have needed help they have been very responsive, yes you call at 8, the new ring back service is brilliant and you always get a call back from a doctor that day, you have the ability to send pictures or go to the doctor if they feel they need to see you. If a prescription is required then Natalie and her team are brilliant.
Well done Bartlett keep up the good work ????????
I had cause to call the surgery 6/11 I took the ring back option I was called back and after triage by the reception I was added to a gp list, the gp called me then asked to me have a F2F later on th afternoon. After extensive checking if my obs the Gp advised me to go to A&E.
to be checked for respiratory issues.
Amazing care service from the surgery.
Which continued with the service at FPH
Absolutely shocking experience every time. Trying to get an appointment at 8am is pointless as they seem to be at capacity when they open. My 6year old daughter who has had a fever for nearly a week and does not seem to be improving with antibiotics , is barely eating and drinking is given a sit and wait appointment where she may have to wait an hour to be seen! I got my urine sample results back a week late telling me I had an infection that my body luckily had managed to clear up over a few weeks. Just a joke now sadly as I would have given the surgery 5stars pre Covid. I understand the difficulties the surgery is facing recruiting doctors but other local surgeries seem to be doing better so I will be moving soon! Something needs to change.
Useless. A reflection of the more catastrophic state of the wider NHS. It is not possible to book an appointment at a particular time. Instead, you will have to wait around all day for the doctor to call you whenever they feel like it. This is inconvenient for many of us that don't have access to our phones at all times during the day. You can always join the free-for-all at 8am and call in. I do recall a time when you could actually book an appointment to see a doctor at a specific time in person. I guess that's just too much to ask these days.
