I called here on Tuesday afternoon/early evening for some chips but decided when I was ordering that I would have a fish as well. Both were excellent and very enjoyable. I will certainly visit again.

Worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. Frozen fish that was overcooked so much and dry as a bone. The batter was a mixture of soggy and rock hard as it had been in the hot display for I don’t know how long. The chips had also been cooked in oil past it’s best. £15 too!!!! Mushy peas were ok which were pretty much all I ate. Wont be back.

Staff ok but omg the worst chips weve ever had whether it was an off day I’m not sure but they were rock hard and very under cooked ! I actually took them back off my child as I didn’t want them eating them …Also very over priced ! - £4.50 for a portion of undercooked chips!!! And a large portion apparently but defo not …….Not a great success !!!!
Fantastic food, have eaten here several times, we keep coming back. Although the chip portions tonight were rather small for the first time!!!
I've had several kebabs from this shop and think they've been great. My partner enjoys the mix meat kebabs and the fish and chips. The reason for only 4* and not 5* is because for me there is just something wrong with the cooking of the chips. They are either over cooked, under cooked or just not very good. Maybe the type of potato is what is letting it down. I also believe the price is great considering the other types of establishments in Hereford charge far more for what you get.
Love this little chip shop - best chips ever. Lovely owners. Good service. I live in another village so it's ideal and only 10 min drive.
