Wow absolutely brilliant service since new management taken over, they go above and beyond. Unfortunately didn’t get correct dose of prescription from GP who adjusted it late Friday and on Saturday, pharmacist called me and explained in stock and dropped off as unable to drive due to severe migraine, they is above anything we have received before, and would certainly not cope without medication over the weekend, i really cant thank you enough.
All the staff work so hard and are so polite. Very lucky to have the care and attention for our village.
Excellent service from the new management. We couldn't get our grandsons antibiotics as everywhere was out of stock, the pharmacist called another branch in Birmingham and they drove the bottle of antibiotics over to Barnt Green and they stayed open for us to pick it up at 7.15pm, out standing service, didn't think people did this kind of thing anymore. We are extremely grateful and our grandson has started his antibiotics and is on the mend.

The pharmacy have new management!! Since the take over it is so much better. Faster prescriptions, less waiting time , a much better vibe . The new management are very friendly and helpful and nothing is to much trouble for them.
Just taken over by new management. The owner went above and beyond to get my son’s prescription transferred from another branch after hours so he could have his medicine over the weekend. Excellent pharmacy.
Appalling service, had to wait about half an hour to buy something as basic and very much needed burn gel for my friend who had burned his hand. Was spoken to like a child. I use burn gel all the time being a chef. Was refused the gel and told I need to take my friend to hospital. Absolutey shocking!!! Never go there! Unprofessional, extremely rude, disorganised and seemingly lacking basic medical knowledge
Excellent service and great communication, nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to source my prescription even worked out of hours to make sure I got what I needed.
Absolute RIP OFF !! Beconase hay-fever spray £13.28 .... struggling to find anyone else selling at > £10.00 let alone best price being £6.72 incl delivery... When asked for refund 5 mins after walking out shop... Sorry no can do.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!
Yesterday I received prompt helpful & service from Mohamed. He even advised that my that my annual subscription covered the cost of an additional HRT treatment! So a big thumbs up for this chemist from me????????????
