Gone down hill, delivery took 1.5 hrs and one of the main meals was MISSING!!!! No SSC! Called them back and the lad said he’d get me just that meal sent out.. so I either let the food I have go cold and wait even longer or share what we have and have less… I went for share what we had so I said I’d have a REFUND for the missing meal… he said ok I’ll get a driver to drop it off when he’s next out…! STILL WAITING!!! From 3 weeks ago! Feel ripped Off! As I spent £30 on 1 meal between 2!! Really poor service

Good people good service decent food when buying in the shop. At the time of writing the best chips around these parts. Delivery took far too long over two hours. Obviously down to popularity but, two hours really? I'd given up and cooked a meal by the time it arrived
Fantastic service each and every time. The staff remember your name, which is nice, and are very friendly. Been going here regularly since moving into the area about 3 years ago. Never had an issue and have had lots of different meals from here. Si and the team are great!

The chips are just unbelievable, there is lots of chippys out there that serve poor chips, this establishment is one of the finest out there. The taste in the chip is second to none, not to mention their Chinese meals, outstanding. I have been going here for over ten years now and will I choose anywhere else you ask? Will I hell.
EDIT: What's happened to your chips? The last three times I've been given a bag full of crisp. Are you leaving the chips in the fat longer? What ever your doing its like eating pork scrachems. Bring back the soft tasty chip.
