We've been a few times and usually enjoy what we order. But today was beyond a joke. I ordered a jacket potato. What I got was a poor excuse. It's was tiny. Only wish I could post a picture to show you. Think I'll be trying elsewhere from now on.
ADDITIONAL. Just a response to your slightly condescending comment about My review. You don't seem to know what the prices are in your own store. You state that" it is good value at £4.90 in 2024". That maybe, but I was charged £5.10. ????
the hospitality was amazing. the staff was so friendly. would recommend this coffee shop to my friends. the food was absolutely delicious and i’d come here everyday.
Nice food and coffee with plenty of seating. Staff efficient and friendly. Prices reasonable too. Very good.
Went for a toastie and frappe it was the worst I've had and the lady who served us was abrupt and ignorant and huffed and puffed when we asked for our drinks really poor service

Been going in Bap a long time. Always been satisfied with the service and food. However, when I visited today and having my usual cappuccino I had an altercation with a member of staff called Josha who accused me of being racist. I was disgusted at this accusation and I shall never be going back again.
I went in today and all I wanted was simple cold bacon, chicken and mayo sandwich that I couldn’t find anywhere else , which probably they don’t do that a lot cause the girl that served me at first was a bit confused and couldn’t understand what I want. It was the first time I went there I was very anxious and this other lady stepped and took my order instead and was so so lovely and made whole experience better and made me feel better and more relaxed, I couldn’t forget how nice she was and that doesnt happen a lot, people just think I am fussed or maybe something else but generally I was really anxious and her great great customer service made my day ???? Thank you, I really needed that
Myself and my hubby visit quite often. The best lattes in town.
Staff are so friendly. Nothing is to much trouble.
Uncle Jimmy goes 6 days a week to socialise. The staff are wonderful with him.
It's a great place to sit and have a coffee on a nice day.
