I had high hopes for this Singapore cuisine restaurant, a rarity in Bangkok. Sadly, the frog porridge didn't meet expectations—the frog tasted oddly like chicken and lacked freshness. The sauce, reminiscent of red dried chili, was quite diluted. The BBQ stingray also fell short with an unusual fish taste, and the chili was just average.
However, the claypot Hokkien mee, a Malaysian dish, pleasantly surprised us. It was the highlight of our meal—rich gravy, perfect portion size, and exceptional taste.
The restaurant's quaint, small, and old-fashioned setting might not appeal to everyone, with limited tables and tight parking along the narrow street. Despite these drawbacks, the standout dish made the visit worthwhile
Tasty singaporean chinese style dishes ???? I really liked the fried hokkien prawn noodle, stir fried cabbage and sesame oil chicken here ???? All really good and quite big portions.
There is even air con indoors dinning area here????
However its not that convenient to come by car because there isn't any parking spaces, and I think some dishes are a bit expensive too (fried minced pork omelette THB 119).
As recommended by a Spore friend of mine so today come to try.
I can say it is true authentic Spore taste.
Big portion too. One plate can eat 2 persons. Me and my wife like the Rojak, taste like home. If can add yuchakuai and cutterfish will be even best.
BBQ Stingray was ok, sambal on it can be better. Laksa and Char Kway Teow were excellent, so much cockles. Yummy man.
For those who love and miss Spore foods, highly recommended to come and try. ????????

Saw this restaurant while searching for Singapore restaurants in Bangkok. So, whet to try them out. The parking's not too bad. There is a rather large carpark on the main road and it is about 2 mins walk away. I ordered the the Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee and Rojak. It's about average. The Prawn Mee is a bit too 'soupy' for me. Also, the prawn stock and 'wok hei' is lacking. As for the Rojak, the Prawn Paste is different from the ones I'm used to in Singapore and Malaysia. But, this might be because they can't find it here. Having said that, I will return to try the other dishes!
Nice Singapore foods, wide range of foods. Change special menu every 3 days. Suit my tastes. Reasonable prices.
