This is a fantastic restaurant. The food was freshly made. We ordered the “my boyfriend is very hungry” meal and “sadza with okra stew and beef”. For starters we had fried dumplings. The food tasted amazing and the freshness was out of this world. There was no microwaving premade food. The hostess was very kind and friendly. They also had a pool table which we enjoyed playing as we waited for our food. I highly recommend!
I ordered the grilled tilapia to go. Drove home and sat to eat and the fish had gone off (see image) was absolutely disappointed. Obviously not made fresh then, because how did the cook season inside the fish and not notice how bad it was?.
Sad cause the lady who served me was nice, but I can't believe I got served food that was rotten, and I live too far to go back and get a bloody refund. Won't be returning
Absolutely terrible food from what I ordered which was fried rice and chicken suya. Firstly, the fried rice didn't even look like fried rice looked like 2 year olds attempt at making fried rice. Rice came with grains brown and the veggies looking mushy, very poor rice wouldn't recommend to my dead nan. Where do I start with the chicken suya...firstly I don't understand why I am biting into suya and I am hitting a bone. On top of that there was lack of seasoning and once again a disgraceful attempt at making suya. Only good thing I gained from this was to not recommend to people and also the refund. PLEASE FROM A NIGERIAN MANS POINT OF VIEW DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!
Couldnt put a zero for the “carribean” side of the menu. I cant speak for the “afro” side (whatever version that may be) it might be OK. I Dont Know.

The dumplings have never been dumplings someone just tightly rolled some sugar and dough dipped it in bread crumbs and fried it into some nasty stodge balls ????
The rice and peas literally had peas in it ????????????????

Mutton was tough and dry like it had been resurrected in the microwave 8 times

Dont bother if youre expecting carribean its the worst take on yard food I’ve ever experienced

I've just left after being seated for half an hour without being served.
Was given a menu, served a what should have been cold drink warm and then.....

I don't know what happened.
Had to walk to the kitchen to tell the guy that served me the drink i was leaving and wanted to pay.
Bad day at the office? I don't know. Which was a shame as I wanted to eat there after reading the reviews.
I should add that I was the only customer during this time
Chicken suya was so overcooked and dry that it was inedible
Was very disappointed with my food. NONE of the food I received was fresh. Ordered the Grill fusion it was all recently frozen and defrosted. I put some Asun in my mouth… freezing cold. You can taste when something isn’t fresh and this most definitely wasn’t. The beef Suya was hard and tasteless, the jerk chicken just tasted like defrosted meat. I’m so annoyed! literally wasted my money on this food. On top of that I called the restaurant 5 times to complain and nobody answered hence this review. Would not recommend you’re better off drinking Garri at home.
Just had this and absolutely awful and the price we paid. Had goat curry more aless bone dry as anything no taste. Plantain soggy not flavour had dumplings no sauce to dip. No wonder its not on just eat as you can get ur money back if not up to standard.
