The smash box meal!

Just went there today and I thought this place was very very good. Delicious food. The place was so busy with people sitting inside and collection and deliveries yet the food came to us at a very reasonable time.The buffalo burger was delicious and friends enjoyed the Terminator one. It's nice place for boys to have a meal out,I'm sure eventually they will extend the seating upstairs. Service wAs with a smile too the young lad at the front was very respectful.Overall a very good spot to eat.
Honestly these guys used be good with their food.
But my god! I wanted to score lower than a one star. The food standard are really bad. Ordered there different items off their menu. It’s wasn’t even busy gave them ample of time to prepare.
The disappointment doesn’t cut it am afraid. Everything tasted like it was old or either been cooked in the day and left to reheat in the micro wave .
It feels like they don’t really care anymore. I mean how do you mess up on chips ?
Hard stiff stale chips and the donner was like something that was scrapped from the bottom of the fryer last week.
Flavourless and utter rubbish to call that food to sell

I know that salt makes all foods tasty but when it's too much it will make them taste bad and also unhealthy... our order was very very salty that we couldn't eat it.
Ordered food tonight absolutely shocking!!! Spent over £60 and didn’t even receive half my order! I rang them up to enquire and they was so rude and “they didn’t have time for this” was what I got back from them. Will not be ordering from them again!
Heard good things about this place ordered the hot parmesan Asian style with sizzlers waited 15mins and it was piping hot generous amount of plastic cutlery and ample serviettes. The parmesan was full of flavour and soft, the donner was also very tasty, chips were good overall enjoyed the meal and if I'm down that neck of the woods I'll be going there again.
Incredibly rude on the phone when I attempted to make an enquiry as to why they kept calling my number.
Don't expect to be spoken to that way when I'm trying to help them out, since someone had, apparently, cloned their number and was making outbound calls using it.
Wouldn't patronise them even if it was an option.
