Food was unacceptable! Ordered two chicken shawarmas one with rice and chicken, food came very quickly because it wasn’t fresh. The food was cold and the chicken was very dry like it had been out all day and not even heated to be served. The kebab machine wasn’t even on. When we told the waiter the food wasn’t hot and fresh, he instantly took our food without asking and said I’ll give you hot food. We assumed he’d give us fresh chicken and hot flat bread but he literally put it in the microwave and gave it back to us, making the chicken even drier than before. There was no acknowledgment of our complaint no sorry or no what can I do to fix this. When questioned if the food was cooked earlier in the day, he couldn’t give us a straight answer and tried to deflect from the question. When going to pay which we had every right not to, we told him the food was unacceptable and said the kebab machine isn’t even on, again tried to deflect from the fact that he knew the chicken wasn’t fresh. He then said discount next time, in which he knew would not happen because we would not be returning there. Why not offer a discount on this occasion? Refusing to pay is not something I like to do but was well within my right to do. Avoid eating at this place, food was awful and the restaurant itself needs some serious upgrades.

I had a falafel wrap & it was hot, fresh & tasty it was vegan and the little things like napkins, ketchup, and bags that they give really stands out why you should support small local businesses ???????? cos most big businesses chains don’t give any free sauces or bags these days ????

All the foods are very delicious, staff are nice there, I especially like the grilled chicken,lentil soup, hummus, salads.

Their farrouj meshwe is spot on! Also what’s with people leaving bad reviews on their Just Eat bc they didn’t receive their order? That’s not their issue, that’s a JustEat Delivery Driver stealing your food issue… people need to think before ruining someone’s business reputation.

Nice tasty food big portions too it's a shisha place so lots of men sat outside. Felt a bit uncomfortable but the owner let us sit inside so was nice of him. Very attentive staff would definitely recommend
