Always helpful now that Bairds have taken over just need to find out new phone number can’t call the pharmacy.
Staff doenst acknowledge that you’re there and they seem clueless with their job
This is the worst pharmacy in England. They never make the order on time. Always have to wait 30 minutes. My current order they could not be delivered because the medicine is not in stock. Find another pharmacy.
Go elsewhere. I would give this pharmacy zero stars rating if available. Incompetent, flustered staff in a small, cluttered workspace. Through sheer negligence they lose prescriptions. An unacceptable queue time of upto 30 minutes only to be told it will be "another 25."
I'd recommend going to another pharmacy the staff haven't a clue what they are doing takes forever to get a simple prescription that should be easy to find avoid this place....
