It's 5 stars when I go there in the nights and the usual night server is always there. He is quick and knows what he is doing and will not waste your time. His customer service is great. Never had an issue with him. Cheers mate.
When I came in the morning recently, I saw this south asian female (for description). Bad service. Rude to other girl there training and hunting for payment while the new person is making my baguette, wasn't even busy or anyone else there. I shouldn't have even been there. It just makes a bad experience.
One morning the owner guy was there and he made me or my friend the wrong sub by his fault, threw out its inner meat content and was using the old bread for my new sub and he's like he doesn't like wasting bread and was angry when we refused that. What's going on? Not how you do business.
Some fillings you'll end up with a great tasting baguette, some you'll end up with a very bad tasting baguette. Jerk Chicken and Lemon Pepper Chicken are great. Coronation Chicken and Moroccan Chicken were absolutely disgusting and not edible, literally. Should not be sold for peoples money. Owner needs to sort it out.
I'll still be going in the nights. Room for improvement in the other areas mentioned.
Great prices, open Super late/early Their tuna is twice as tasty as Subway’s. Their coffee is served super hot. Just a simple quick sandwich shop. Gets really busy during Lunch rush so go before 12:30 or after 2.
Worst experience ever!! Done three days training here for my first ever job firstly had a phone call interview with the owner (Ihsan bashir) not professional at all told me not to wear makeup so I don’t get whistled at by construction workers outside. Started talking about how girls wear hijab but wear tight clothes. Sorry how’s that even relevant? This is not how you speak to your employees and reading the reviews seems like this is a reoccurring problem maybe there’s a reason you only hire 16-17 year olds, absolutely disgusting Don’t work here!!

This place is amazing!
I find myself getting a sandwich there every other day and have been recommending this store to all my friends. Everyone I've brought there has really liked them.
They come at a cheap price too: 4£ for a meal deal which includes a baguette and a drink.
They have a huge assortment of fillings to choose from and everything is fresh and delicious.
I don't know how the Subway next door is staying in business with this much better place next door.
Had a tuna baguette meal deal. Baguette was nice, not too heavy or hard. You pick 3 salads and a sauce.
The portion is about the equivalent of a 6 inch sub.
A 6/10 overall but upgraded to 8/10 for the excellent value for money price.
Will definitely use again.
I had a really bad experience applying for this baguette shop. Firstly the 'boss' was a really disrespectful person, he would talk about girls who had previously worked here and badmouth them, he would also complain about not being 'professional enough' and i got very weird vibes from him. Secondly, when he constructed the 'interview' on the phone he was really unprofessional (ironic) he started talking about other things that did not correlate at all, anyways i cba to write anymore but don't apply for this job xx
