Bagel Eats is a few doors away from Wanstead Station.
We visited on a Monday early evening and it wasn't busy, there was no queue.
They have a table and chairs outside for 2, they also having some more seating inside when you walk in on the right. The serving counter is on the left and straight ahead is the drinks cooler.
We ordered the salmon and cream cheese bagel with avocado, and it was tasty. The bagel was perfectly grilled with a little crisp.
The one member of staff that was there at the time was polite and friendly and the place was clean and tidy. I would recommend Bagel Eats if you're looking for a delicious quick bite to eat.
Great little shop, always tasty and well made and the people who work there are super nice. I'd highly recommend coming here for a quick meal that is also very affordable.
Grab a decent bagel or panini. I cannot fault their food. Their food looks fresh always.
Prices are on the upper end, i wish they were slighlty cheaper and on par with other places. Although i am local I'd visit this establishment on an odd occasion.
But otherwise good, a nice addition to Forest Gate????????
Visited this bagel shop for the 1st time.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Even though we were a bit indecisive staff remained professional and respectful.
Ordered a cajun chicken bagel with cheese and mayonnaise, a salmon with cream cheese and advacado bagel, tuna and mayonnaise panini, a BBQ chicken bagel with cheese and mayonnaise and a jerk chicken with cheese and mayonnaise bagel. They were all delicious I have to say we could have eaten them again. The filling in the bagels and paninis were very generous. The bagels were a good size and just the right texture.
All in all we will definitely be eating from there again and recommending to our friends and families.
They have only been open 9 weeks, so far so good.
I come here regularly - foods always good, however had to leave a review as Ahsan served me today with a friendly smile and made me feel very welcome.
A place to go for delicious bagels and paninis. Very friendly owner and staff.

Always walked past till one day I thought let me try it, have to say it's always Fresh & tasty whenever I've had their bagels - their fries are amazing too !!
I’ve been to Bagel Eats a few times I normally have the big breakfast bagel which is absolutely delicious and super filling with a nice cup of coffee also staff are very nice. See you guys soon ????
