The quality of our food was first class a very enjoyable lunch .

The atmosphere & service was good. Inside looked clean throughout.
For a Fisn n Chip shop it was a bit over priced.
I was looking forward to eating my purchase of sausage, chips & gravy. The sausage was nice, the gravy was ok but the chips were inedible. Myself & my partner decided not to eat them.
Delicious chunky fish, lovely chips and thick mushy peas. We ate in the restaurant, but the place is clearly very popular with take away also. Great restaurant service, wait for food about 5-10min. I opted for fish and peas only, which was plenty large enough! Hearty portions ????
Where do I start? Perhaps I will start with the sheer price on the menu, a small tray (I mean small) cost nearly £4!! That's pound sterling not ruppes
The chips had been fried more times than the oil in the fryer has been changed, I had a bite of one chip and I thought I had accidentally bit into the wooden fork, unfortunately I had not, although the fork would have tasted nicer.
I do not recommend going her.
Serious action needed
The chips were disgusting! It was like they had been fried over and over they were so dry I actually chocked! I wouldn't of fed them to the seagulls! Over priced and wouldn't take cash absolute rip off ????
This is one of the best fish and chips I've had in Wales the fish portion was huge really tasty batter fish was fresh and a really reasonably priced too . I'd highly recommend getting your lunch here if you visit Bala.
Absolutely amazing food. Popped in after a swim in Bala and we had the biggest fish, chips and mushy peas. Amazing value for money. Lovely staff
Fruity curry and chips is lovely. So is the cheeseburger and chicken burger. The staff are always really friendly too and it's always really busy and full of locals which is a good sign. Been going for years and definitely no complaints from me!
