It’s absolutely the best
The guys aren’t always around, because they have amazing wild woodland where to roam free… though I wish they wouldn’t drink so much from the screen wash buckets
But, guys will be guys
…a handy gas station for local shopping and good opening hours where you can really find everything we need in our lives, good range of the best quality fresh vegetables, items for general household consumption, alcoholic beverages, wine, spirits, soft drinks and refrigerated products for sale( ice cream ???? ) and even more than we could imagine, and the staff is very friendly and helpful ☺️

Unbelievably rude and aggressive staff. I am usually pretty contained in difficult situations but I left shaking with anger after a member of staff shouted and got in my face because I apparently wasn’t using the Costa machine correctly ( I removed the cup as the water was being dispensed so as to make it stronger). Even though I was using the correct size cup,(the machine doesn’t work unless you do) when I tried to explain my reasoning, I was shouted down and wasn’t allowed to get a word in. I gave up on the coffee and went to pay for the fuel. The cashier asked what the issue was and as I started to explain the other guy came up and started yelling over me again. I will absolutely never use this place ever again and I strongly suggest it is avoided, there are plenty of other options close by. After reading other reviews, I am left wondering what the hell is going on in their heads that makes them think this is an acceptable way to run a business. Surely it is at odds with their BP franchise agreement in some respect. An absolute disgrace nonetheless.
Having a refit and the guy on the night window was even grumpier than me on my most grumpiest of days. Gregg's next door was much happier.
Shame 0 stars are not on here, no baby changing facilities when I asked if they do the reply is well we don't advertise one and we can't afford it so oh well, after paying 15 quid for 4 bags of chocolate I thought really then bit back because of he's rudeness and was told to get the f out, absolutely disgraceful vile human beings working there bp and more group doesn't seem to care one day they will be rude to the wrong person and I hope I'm there to see it, scum bags
I stop here every morning on my way to work but certainly won't be anymore. I've seen the staff here be very rude to customers but always thought there must have been a valid reason for it until now! Never going back here again, extremely rude staff, not interested in working there in the slightest let alone actually talking to anyone. I was insulted and shouted at and told to leave the store because the Costa coffee machine only filled my cup 3/4 of the way so I poured it into a regular cup (which was still only 3/4 full) I told the guy why I did it but he wouldn't listen and continued to talk over me, if you're prepared to lose a regular customer over 30p then you clearly have issues. Plenty more costa stops on along the A11, so just avoid this one! Definitely not going here again!
Today my husband left his wallet there with £2300 the staff was very rude , did not show the camera, did not let to call the police
Worst customer service ever!! If you to pass through the A11 don’t bother stopping here. I know I won’t. The staff is extremely rude calling “bro” to customers and with such attitude towards everything you say or do.
