Sympathique, personnel très sympathique et bon petit déjeuner. Le quartier est tranquille, la chambre confortable bien que le matériel commence à être vieillot.
Très sympa également le petit cours d’histoire locale avec la partie du vieux bunker de la première guerre mondiale.
Que dire de cet établissement ou l'on se croirait chez soi||D'une extrême gentillesse et un puits de connaissance sur cette belle région et son histoire tout ceci présenté et raconté par l’hôte de ce lieu. ||On ne parlera pas de l’hébergement qui est parfait.||Nous reviendrons afin de mieux visiter||Merci de votre accueil.
Ho alloggiato più volte in questa struttura ed è stata un’esperienza molto piacevole con un’accoglienza eccezionale dei titolari, dove mi hanno dato dei consigli utili per visitare il territorio , la villa è molto pulita e curata con buon gusto, le camere in stile romantico, pulite , bagni con doccia e vasca idromassaggio , la sala colazioni molto particolare costruita dentro una trincea, molto accogliente con il caminetto, la reception con una stufa in maiolica della Thun , giardino con piscina. Posizione strategica con poca distanza tra Trieste e Udine, territorio molto vario con collio, Carso, monti, spiagge con sabbia dorata e costiera.
Inoltre il fine settimana hanno un bar con musica, ballo , karaoke e ottimi cocktail ????

I stay there three nights and the place was amazing. Super clean, comfy and spacious with a terrace. The breakfast area was very organised and is set up in a WW1 bunker! Tiziano, the manager was very nice, polite and kind. I highly recommend this place!

We ended up staying here for one night and it was really interesting. I dont think there are many places like this around! The breakfast room is a 2nd WW bunker! It's super interesting. You will learn a lot. The room is fine and clean, breakfast is great as well. Would definitely recommend to stay here, albeit better to have a car, cause the area is quite residential.

Diese Unterkunft findet man nur mit dem Navi - und das ist nicht einfach. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Tiziano war äußerst bemüht (hat auch unsere Koffer aufs Zimmer gebracht) und humorvoll. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Jedes Zimmer ist individuell eingerichtet.||Das Frühstück war der einzige kleine Minus.||||In Summe gute Unterkunft mit einem sehr netten Gastgeber (hat auch immer wieder ein paar Geschichten über den ersten Weltkrieg dargebracht - Unterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der einzigen Frontlinie Isonzo), der das kleine Minus beim Frühstück||(kein frisches Gebäck - Kipferl und Weißbrot abgebackt - dafür Apfelstrudel oder Cubana) wieder kompensiert hat. Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Grado, Duino oder Collio. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.
