Garage were to order parts but after several calls over 2 months he told me it was on back order and he would call me which another 2 months later he had not called. It's clear he had not offered the part. If he had told me he did not want to do the job I could have went elsewhere. I won't be back!

Just having work done under the dealer warranty. Extensive work was completed prior to me purchasing the car possibly over 2k and this latest work resulted in a major piece of work definitely in excess of 1500 pound and all done under the absolutely no quibble platinum guarantee you get with every used approved. Why doesn't everyone buy their used car from this superb outlet especially when you see the competition. Prior to this I bought a bmw X3 from Evans Halshaw which turned out a disaster with problems their service department couldn't address and it had to go bmw, again no satisfactory conclusion so in fairness to Evans H I was given the full cash back but still don't feel it was compensation for all the ins and outs and poor excuses and workmanship from the service department. Their attitude also changed when they realised I wanted to take advantage of the money back guarantee. Real real stressful so avoid that and go approved Audi.

Excellent garage. Highly recommended. They identified and fixed a long standing fault within 24 hours that others could not. I was at the point of buying another car but now I can keep it longer.
