Really quick at getting you booked in and flexible with timings to drop off etc. MOT was completed quickly, when it failed was able to get what I needed fixed and they got me back in the next day. Lady on reception and one of the service guys I spoke to on the phone were really friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be the lane getting to it has a ridiculous amount of potholes! But I imagine it's a private lane so may not be their problem.
The bumper had come off its mounting, my regular garage said I need a new bumper, a friend suggested I take it to Avon Accident and wow what a service, Dean was excellent, fitted the mini into his busy schedule and did not take the micky £ wise. Highly recommended

They used to be very good and competitive but now very expensive cheaper to go to the main dealer for a service
Such a great place. They'vedone my MOT's for the last few years since I first heard of them, and if I needed to I'd go to them for other work to be done.
They're really straight with you if there are any issues, and gave me really good service. They won't try to squeeze you in and then not get round to you. They stick to the times they say they can do and they do them.
Rates seem fair, work completed was good. They seem to be doing a roaring trade, so must assume that loads of people had the same experience.
Would recommend to anyone and will keep using in the future.
