I have nothing bad to say about this surgery at all.
The reception staff are all lovely and go out there way to be helpful and friendly. The doctors are all really nice and listen to what you have to say, be it via telephone or face to face,
I don't know how they have done it, but I would say this is the best it's ever been

Had an appointment, waited roughly 8 weeks and then they cancelled on me the day it was due. Then rebooked for a few weeks later as it was the earliest they had and turns out they booked me in on a day they’re not even open. Tried calling and even checked online, they’re definitely closed and gave me an appointment for this day.. very unprofessional and also not helpful at all
Absolutely fuming on the website it says open from 7.30am I have been ringing for the past 30 minutes and it keeps saying closed. Sort your times out and stop stressing us patients out. Time to change my doctor had enough of this.
Rang 3 times regarding my dads high blood pressure! Each day I rang I was told that the doctor will ring back! And no one ever rang me back.
I guess doctors are waiting for my dad to Have a heart attack or stroke.
GPs are useless.
I am very annoyed at the level of service from the receptionist I spoke to on the phone a little while ago. She sounded asian and wasn’t very polite with my request. Felt like she knew how my last appointment went and then annoyingly, told me to call later when the condition I have is serious and the doctor previously said so as well and told ne to ring for repeat prescription and review. I have to have reviews and she was not providing the appointment and now I am without medication until Saturday at the earliest!
My family members also have had separate encounters with her and I think she needs to learn the basics of her job and be a bit more nice on the phone like the other receptionists you have.
I made 4-5 appointments with the doctor because my son doesn't walk very well, and he often falls down, so far he had 3 big wounds on his forehead, and today the doctor said after looking at him for a minute that is that there is nothing wrong with him. I told them that I want him to be seen by a children's doctor, and every time they said that the boy is, you can't say after a minute that the child is ok. I wouldn't even give one star if I could
Anybody struggling with mental health issues should AVOID seeing a NURSE called RICHARD HOLLAND at this surgery. He has no Humanity in him and he is Very Arrogant. After my relative was seen by RICHARD HOLLAND, his depression was made even worse. He isn’t helpful at all, he was very very RUDE. l was left wondering if those Nurse Qualifications are actually his because Nurses are well known for their compassion. Secondly how did this RICHARD get the Nurse Job at this surgery because His Attitude was very Disgusting!!!!!!!!RICHARD HOLLAND is horrible and dangerous to vulnerable Mental Health Patients!!!!!!!!!!!
Cancelled my Scan which i had been waiting literally months for just being 4 minutes late. Half of which i spent waiting in the reception queue. Yet it was perfectly fine for them to cancel my previous scan just days before providing no explanation whatsoever.
