Rung in the morning and received an appointment the same morning.
When arriving was directed to the waiting room by a polite receptionist.
My appointment with the GP was on time.
The GP listened to me,was polite and treated me with respect.

Been using this surgery for over 15 years. Excellent doctors and service. The new phone system is really good. Definitely recommend!!
Listed on the nhs website as a seller of healthy start vitamins, husband travelled specifically to get these just to be told they dont sell them, so either they've not updated their details or the receptionists are incompetent
Shocking clinic, the worst ! I have now had 2 appointments cancelled the day before!!
I’ve waited 2 months for this appointment now!! my husband has even taken the day off work for it because i was told I wasn’t allowed to drive after and his day off now can’t be cancelled !!!! What makes it even worse is I even phoned this morning and I was told the appointment was all fine for tomorrow ! ???? What an absolute joke of a place I will making a formal complaint!
All of my family is under the care of Avenham Health Centre for thirteen years counting, and throughout this period nor I or my family have been let down in any way. All staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. Many thanks for the staff and their wonderful work!

I have been a patient at this surgery for 27 years and I must say I having always found the doctors very helpful and supportive and the staff have all been very polite and helpful too.
