My wife's car had been left for 4 working days with Autotech and only diagnostic check was done, if it wasn't for my wife phoning at the end of day 4 who knows how long it would have been and then to be told they can't fix the car is a complete joke.
And if that wasn't enough the car had been moved to a nearby pub carpark out of the garages property . Thankfully the car hadn't been damaged or stolen or how long it had been left there but if it had who would of been liable? Awful experience
Absolutely brilliant service. Replaced my exhaust within a couple of hours, Richard is friendly and not at all condescending - still a rarity when you’re female speaking to a mechanic! Highly recommended, will have no hesitation returning next time my car needs attention.

Our power steering kept going out as we were driving through Marlborough (not local) so we saw Richard who happily looked it over and checked to see if there was an issue. He gave us some good advice on what to do as we told him we were just passing through and weren’t from the area. He was very helpful and reassuring.
