Terrible experience. Never go here. This business completely took advantage of me.
Needed an MOT, made an appointment. Dropped off the car off around half 9 and let them know I needed the car later around 3. By the time 3 came up, they hadn’t even started and I didn’t get the service I needed. And instead only doing people’s cars.
I gave them the benefit of doubt, perhaps they were busy. They offered to do to tomorrow so I did the same the next day and dropped it off when they opened. Once again came to pick up the car at 3. And they didn’t get the service done.
This is completely disgusting. Never come here, I’ve never seen such a failure of a business.
I’d recommend to take your business elsewhere.
Absolutely would recommend this place to everyone! I am an idiot and popped my tyre on a kerb just up the road from here this morning. I stumbled into the shop an absolute mess, crying as I was about to be late to take my best friend to her chemo appointment and obviously had not booked in with the car shop. The man who changed my tire was amazing, he worked quickly and was lovely to me, telling me that it was just a car and explaining the work he was carrying out like I wasn’t an idiot (even though I clearly am!)- extra bonus points too for having a very cute and friendly cat that let me pet him! The price was more than fair especially considering I needed it doing immediately and I was off on my way within 20 mins or so. The friendliness, compassion and kindness the staff showed today coupled with a great price means that I’ll be coming here any time I need anything else doing with the car (and not just when I hit the stupid kerb up the road!) Thanks team :)
Would highly recommend. Very friendly staff who know what they're doing. They managed to fit me in very last minute, collected my car, diagnosed the problem and completed the work in a couple of hours. Great price as well. Definitely going to use them again.
Lovely staff with outstanding quality of work. Even went there without an appointment (it was only a bulb to replace but they were busy and it was the end of the day as well) and they helped me. One time i had to drop off the car and they gave me a lift home because it was raining and i had my dog with me as well. Very considerate people! Thank you for your support beyond your job
They are good people i like their services they base on truth in what ever they want to do on your car.
Great team led by Warren. They can fix anything, if you mention Malcolm, they will either spit or be friendly.
Avoid this place. I had a flat tyre on Christmas. The turned around and said £300 for a puncture repair. Terrible service
Not making any mistakes,i dont know why they are denying they were not open, i called there number and they turned around and said £300 because its Christmas.
Great friendly service from the guys there. Can't fault anything with them at all. They are my first point of call for anything to do with my cars
