Took my van for diagnostics. Took 2 1/2 weeks. Had to chase for info throughout and was given inconsistent and contradictory information. Wouldn't supply written quote or written details of issues. Said they would email it but never did. Left my van unlocked parked a few streets away. To be fair they didn't charge for the work completed but I lost trust and back at square one needing to find alternative garage for diagnostic and repair. following this it turned out their diagnostics was totally wrong also. Avoid.
The guys here are always on point. Clear quote, no surprise and fairly priced. They get the job done on time and keep you updated as they go along. I've had MOT and some minor repairs done in the past and only have good things to say. would definitely recommend

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your garage. I brought my Toyota Aygo in for an alternator change, and was charged an exorbitant amount of £600, despite being assured that the price would be reasonable.
I later found out that the price I was charged was much higher than the average cost of alternator replacement at other garages, which ranged from £250 to £350. Additionally, I researched online and found that most alternators for my car were priced between £90 and £180, which contradicts your claim that the alternator alone cost £350.
Furthermore, you attempted to justify the high price by claiming that your labour cost £50 per hour, yet to change an alternator takes about one to two hours if done by a decent garage. Even with two hours of labour, the total cost should have been significantly lower than the £600 I was charged.
I was also disappointed that you did not provide a breakdown of the cost when asked, and instead gave me a full invoice for the amount. This lack of transparency only adds to my frustration with your service.
Overall, I am not satisfied with the service provided by your garage, and I will not be returning in the future. I will also be advising others to avoid your services due to the unreasonable and dishonest pricing.
Autoserv is clearly out to scam people assuming that people will just accept the cost and pay it.

After our car broke down, Mark, Jin and the team went above and beyond to get us back on the road. The service was friendly, prompt, reliable and good quality. This was our first experience of the garage and we will definitely be using their services again. I cannot recommend them enough!
