Very good service and very polite
Had a punctured tyre. Was told that "they don't do tyres today". Unhelpful, especially since we're visiting Wales from England.

I wouldn't trust these guys. A few weeks back I went in to Autolinks to purchase a car and found one that I was considering. I was told by the person who worked there that they would give me until the end of the day to decide whether I wanted it or not, and that they would not sell it to anyone else during that time. I returned about an hour later to find that they had sold it. Their reason was because the other person had made a higher offer. A business isn't meant to be based on money grabbing but rather building relationships with customers. Unfortunately that's something that Autolinks do not understand.
Jordan is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Great service and reasonably priced goods and services. Highly recommended.
