Very rude staff at this branch and both fitted windscreen so far are very poor quality and one technician told me to go to optians!!! Fuming!!!!
They have made my car unbearable to drive and instead of coming up with solutions, they are instead coming up with how to blame me.
Showed my windscreen to my friends and neighbours to see what they think and we are all in the same ageerement that there are distortions, making it difficult to drive. The only people who cannot see the issue with the windscreen are technicians who work at the branch. The irony!!!! Zero customer service skiils.
The only nice staff this company has, are at the call centre who are currently trying to get the issue sorted and are the only once who have the ability to listen and great customer service skills.
Appalling service. Made an appointment with 6 days notice for windscreen to be replaced under insurance, excess paid. Day before they contact me to advise appointment cannot be given as excess not paid. Then they say excess is paid but they don’t have the glass. Then they say they cannot identify the glass. No apology, no consideration of the fact that they’ve had best part of a week to get their supplies in order, just a text message shortly before they close to say they cannot do what they arranged to do. If you have any choice, avoid.
Brilliant service. Arrived early but not a problem, the team fitted me in easily. Very courteous and helpful team, comfortable waiting area and one of the cleanest toilet areas I've ever seen! The windscreen was filled without drama and they even refitted the dashcam mounting and warning sticker! Very satisfied. Many thanks.
Just had a new windscreen fitted very good service and a great job, no mess left very clean.
The gentleman doing my windscreen were very polite and helpfull but unfortunately the young girl on reception when I first walk in and said hi was very rude
The worst experience ever. We were directed to them through our insurance but oh buy! They are extremely rude especially their supervise Vayonie which were blaming us for their mistake. They ordered the wrong window and we had to get a team to there for them to say that which cost us £300, when we spoke to them they said that as soon as they saw that the window is the wrong one they tried to fix the mistake but obviously did not care to call us to inform us so we are not making the trip to them. On top of this when we call to complain because we need someone to compensate this knowing that the mistake was made at their part they start arguing with us and not wanted to connect us to a manager. We even make the payment that was requested together with what our insurance covered. So if you are planning to get anything done by this guys don't waste your time and find someone else.
Got lost initially getting there but they guided me to their destination. Windscreen changed in under an hour as it wasn't busy at the time. Waiting room has a TV and water. Friendly staff and advice on after care given. Would recommend them.
