Absolutely awful experience.
Had to have our windscreen replaced after it was cracked by a stone.
When the windscreen was replaced I was told its all done but a slight problem! The problem was technician had cut through wires for sensors and cameras.
Long story short auto windscreens said they would pay for any repair as they are unable to repair them selves. This was the beginning of February. Our car went to mercedes benz in Kings Lynn for the repairs 3 weeks ago. We have not seen our car as auto windscreens have not authorised any payment for works to be done!
Avoid this place at all costs, completely incompetent and in my personal experience very un professional

Had my windscreen replaced by Auto Windscreens recently, overnight a crack has appeared right in the drivers view. Had Auto Windscreens inspect the screen and they advise that the most minutiae chip has caused the screen to crack, you cannot even see an impact point, they like to say they have a lifetime Guarantee, so will not stand by there poorly manufactured screens they fit, BEWARE !

Excellent service book a appointment,meet on arrival by Lee informed me of the work he would be doing how long it would take, showed me the waiting area. Once the work was done came and got me explained what had been completed. Friendly, polite staff (Lee) would recommend them customer service second to none.
