Such a worst service. I gave my car for wheel alignment. First they told 65 pounds. When i went to collect they charged 75 pounds. They did nothing to my alignment. Same issue persist after their service. Such a worst experience ever. PLEASE AVOID. Some frauds are sitting there who don't know to work. Looting people's money.
The garage gentleman was very helpful. I called him in the morning on a Saturday and he checked that he had a starter motor for my car in stock told me how much it will cost and booked me in there and then. On the same day of my booking he arranged for my car to have a replacement starter motor. The car was repaired that day in the late afternoon. It was very much appreciated. I will definitely recommend auto start to my family and friends in the future.

Took it in for a service as quoted £80 less than my usual garage. If it seems too good to be true it usually is. Not sure they actually did anything.The oil was the same level and colour as when I took it in. Wouldn't use again. Best to pay a bit more and get a proper job done.
Also charged me double for changing brake pads£150 for parts that cost £30. Avoid these rip off merchants will end up costing you more in the end.
A close friend purchased a car from this Company under the impression that everything was in working order, the owner had assured her multiple times there was no issue with the car, despite her questioning a light that had come up.
A week later the while i was in the car it was very obvious the car had major issues with the engine, it struggled to pick up speed which was very scary on the motorway and the smell of petrol was overwhelming. When the hood was lifted the car was smoking. It eventually broke down in the middle of a round about coming off a major motorway and did not start. This put my friends life and the three other passenger travelling with her at risk.
The car would not start again and had to be pushed across a major traffic, causing further risk.
She had to pay out of her own pocket for the recovery of the vehicle and was told by the owner she would not receive a refund but would have to pay more money to get it looked at.
Laughable deception and clearly absolute shocking quality of car being sold here.
PLEASE AVOID! IT COMPLETELY BROKE DOWN IN A WEEK!
I went there yesterday to service my car i.e. change engine oil, oil filter and air filter. He said the cost was £ 75 for my petrol Renault car. I withdrew £ 80 before collected the car. But, when I collected the car, it was £ 84. When I asked why, he said it's including VAT (and it's written in the receipt). I don't like this kind of things. He didn't tell the truth, the actual price where normally other car workshops quoted me the price including VAT but this one didn't. Luckily, I have spare £ 4 in my wallet. Otherwise, I won't pay the rest!!!

I bought a car from Autostart sheffield car sales & Repairs on 28/11/2020. On the following Saturday (05/12/2020) the car completely cut off on me in the middle of the motorway. Putting not only myself but also my passengers life’s in danger.
So within a week, A WEEK, of purchasing the car it has completely died and will not start.
I have gone into the garage to be told that they were not aware of any issues despite me asking when purchasing the car what the engine light was on for. He told me it was just for the exhaust. This clearly now is not the case. He refuses to refund me and states that he will fix it but at a price.
When buying the car he told me how he has daughters and would never sell a car that he knew would be faulty. When I went in today he told me never forced me to buy the car.
I now can’t get to work because I commute from Sheffield to Manchester.
It’s right before Christmas, I spent the last of my savings on this car and my family and friends both live in Manchester.
Even if this post doesn’t make them realise how not only have they mis-sold a car but also put peoples live in danger, that it at least make people think twice before purchasing a car from here.
On a side note: if anyone knows any mechanics or anyone car wise who can come and tell me what exactly is wrong with the car and can confirm that this would have been to the knowledge of the garage, please send them my way.
Total ripoff. I had to change my fuel filter, I left the car and they called and quoted £35 (the fuel filter on ebay is £7). Two days later as i left he car on the weekend, they call me and said they will charge me £50 because they had to reorder the parts as the first one couldn't fit it. Its not my fault if they couldn't get the right parts. I paid £50 but will never go there again
Cheap but not good enough. Tyres need changing regularly from there, and took them 4 attempts to get the tracking sorted which they made worse at first. Also leave my car dirty which mud inside. Friendly and easy to book in to, but not worth the hassle
