Wes was absolutely brilliant! We slid on black ice and went in to the back of another car. The other car was fine, ours was written off. Wes explained the “buy back” option from my insurance so we went with that and he repaired it in no time. No problems whatsoever and I can only sing his praises. Highly recommend this service!

Outstanding. Nothing but absolute praise for Wes and his company Auto Spray Direct. From the first message exchanges, he was professional, polite and gave me options to choose from.
Diamond cut my alloys or re-coat them and sent me over examples to look at.
After the messages he called me and explained the options again in detail. He priced it all up for me etc - which for the wheels I thought was a very fair price. I noticed quite a large scratch too on my car, which I wanted fixing, but couldnt quite stretch to the cost. I asked Wes if he could move a little on the price of that and he did, saying he wanted to keep and make his customers happy - I thought that was brilliant. He even fixed a little nick in the paint work elsewhere too for the price.
Honestly, first class bloke, honest, genuine, friendly and polite. I wish all garages and businesses were like this! To add to that, Wes himself came and picked my car up from my house and left me a courtesy car, all for free! All the work was done to a brilliant standard and within three hours or so, my car was back with me the same day. What a brilliant service and brilliant company, 100% will use them again and highly recommend them. Well done lads, this is what top level customer service feels like. If you're on the fence about going with them, just do it, you'll be super happy you did - one of the best experiences with a company I've had, if not the best.

Bodywork magicians! Everything about the service and quality of work was above and beyond. Dents, scuffs, scrapes all vanished within a few hours and my car is pristine once again. Very highly recommended.
