Dear readers. I believe that an auto repair shop is a business where honesty between the client and the repair shop must be present. Since not many people understand all the details of car repair. I believe I've found such an auto repair shop. At this shop, I regularly get my MOT done and they already know my vehicle. They even remember the old ones, with a smile. They've been located in the same place for many years. They provide advice when choosing a new car, but they can also buy one for you. They have recovery services. It's a very busy garage, but I always call them in advance whenever possible. Ordering car parts through them is always cheaper. It's been proven. I highly recommend them. They don't chase after big dollars, but rather treat the client with understanding and respect. And the price for repairs is always good, as they appreciate and respect regular clients.
Try to fix my car and service but looks very busy, I think good idea to make appointment before coming here
Worst garage ever. Went there to fix timing chain on bmw. They have charged me over £1700 in total.every time price was going up and up due to this this and other. After all repair I have found out they have never change oil and oil filter no service has been provided at all which is MUST HAVE and finally due to all mistakes crankshaft has gone!!!!! Also they have cut DPF out!!!!!!! No comments.!!!!!! AVOID those people. End up with completely damaged engine because they haven't done it properly. I wish to take them to trading standards etc but no receipt been given. Still have bank transactions proofs so i might do it. Lies Lies Lies. A V O I D
Be warned they never keep cars on site, leave your car with them and it will be dumped where they can fit it. Doesn't matter to them that local residents are getting very aggrieved with it.
Police won't do anything about nor does local council want to know.
Photo no MOT and No tax vehicle is not legal to be on a UK road. Also yes completely right no lights or bumper.

Bad service, bad customer service very bad behaviour
I brought my car there because of mis fuelling issue. They stated that they have fixed it. I have never made it to my house because the car stopped on the motorway. I was fortunate enough that there was no car following me. I took it back to the garage. They did extra work charging me for that, kept my car for more than 2 weeks. Of course i had no choice but to pay.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE....I bought my st from there in November. Not stopped having problems...after doing bits on the car myself I’ve noticed more and more stuff that’s missing of the car. JAMES is a rouge dealer and not honest at all....after buying my car from here and taking it for mot it failed on all sorts of things when I’d only done a few hundred miles...when tried to ring him never answers and blags his way out of it....ABSOLUTE RIP OFF MERCHANT....RIPPING OF YOUNG FAMILYS OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED!
I have used this garage for nearly 4 years and never ever had a issue with work or mot very polite everytime I've gone and always told me if anything wrong with my car and wifes car and he will explain things in the best possible way I would reccomend as never ever had an issue with anybody at the garage that works there
