Called in to get my scotch pies to take back home after annual Scotland trip. Sausage rolls were fantastic as well, and the staff are always so friendly.
Tucked away up a back street so not as busy as the other cafes in Largs which is a bonus in the summer months. The girls working were lovely and the food and cakes were delicious especially the rolls. You cannot beat an Aulds roll! The only disappointment was they were out of rhubarb pies, again! We travel up from Saltcoats to get these and the last twice we have been unlucky! ????
When I lived in Largs, and now when I visit Largs, Aulds is the best bakery takeaway in town, from the savouries to the sweet stuff they are the best, proper scottish quality.
Lovely staff and produce, the sausage rolls and strawberry mini tarts were lovely. Really recommend them, such a great bakery and local!
The sausage are the frozen ones hot rolls in auld in Kilwinning are alot better
