I have never in my life came across such a rude, obnoxious and ill mannered person in my life. I would urge anyone looking to get any work done by this company to think again. I asked for some advice on my audio device which was already installed but had a slight delay in connectivity and stood completely astonished by his response. I’ve worked in customer services for 10 years and have never seen or heard anything as bad as this. As for his work, he may be good (wouldn’t know as I didn’t get that far) but I would rather give my money to someone that was understanding, helpful and kind. Audio Advice do better.

Third car with Philip to get sounds resolved. Been delighted with advice and quality of service before. Expecting no different this time round. While good sound is not inexpensive, bang for buck compared to factory options, does convince me of the value.
They do an outstanding job. You get your car back and you would think the aftermarket items had been fitted when it first left the production line. Absolutely amazing.
