Not recommended if you require your suspension changed.
Gave the car to the boss for a service, he decides that the front suspension required changing.
After several attempts and visits to the garage due to changing 1 part at a time, driving away multiple times with clonking noises, loose fitting/ incorrect parts or poorly fitted Items i finally get the car back acting and sounding reasonable but like it had a complete front end renewal. Now driving it for a month or two the front suspension end feels loose, the damping feels in adequate and the spring rate is jumpy, it also makes a clonking noise again.
As all of the parts are new, the problem is either poor workmanship or incorrectly fitted parts.
After the previous several attempts and the attitude of the boss in resolving his work I will not be returning the car back to him to change his luck with my car again.
Very disappointed as I've used his services annually for about 15 years.
I highly recommend this garage. Very honest, professional and happy to help ALWAYS. Been there a few times and I will keep going there because I like to look after my car regularly and I am finally happy I found the right place for German cars. Thanks Steve and Georghe!
Took my golf in as the abs and traction control warning lights kept coming on. I had previously been to another local garage but they could not diagnose the problem and recommended I to go to a VW specialist. Took a chance and popped into Audi Volks, who were very friendly. Steve checked the car straight away and diagnosed a faulty rear abs sensor. Fixed it in about an hour. Very happy, think I will continue to use them.
I used to use Steve in the past. Glad I found him again. Fairly priced, honest and good work. Won't go anywhere else for Audi or Volkswagen
Went here because my husband’s car had low tyre pressure. This guy really doesn’t know what he’s doing. Didn’t even fill the tyres up properly and charged me £4 for the service - rip-off - avoid!!

The best place to go to if you have a German car and pay the costs from your own pocket. They have main dealers knowledge but charge sensible prices.
Genuinely happy by the straightforward service, good advice and fair prices, compared with other Audi independents. Been there twice and will continue to take my car there.
