Every time I’ve had an appointment here I have waited at least 40 minutes past my appointment time!! Shocking especially when the last person came out of room 25 minutes prior to me being called in and the worst thing all 3 times (with the same nurse) not even an apology for the wait!!!!
Wasted my day goi g to the stop smoking clinic as I WORK and unable to keep going weekly to the clinic. When initially I was told one appointment was enough. Time wasters.
