The food could be better. My issue is the delivery time. You can easily wait over 1 hour for the food. The building also needs to be renovated it's very dark. I won't be ordering food from there anymore. I've had enough! The Service isn't the best they could be more welcoming to customers. I'm done with this place. I'd rather spend more money at a different location than spend a penny here.
The food is very good everything is clean I can’t no see a better place than this the atmosphere is great and the people get ur food on time
One of the worst African restaurants I have been in . The place looks dirty . The toilets are Dirty . The food ????????????.. oh My God . I cook way better than the food they serve there . The owner needs to renovate the place . Make it look representable and welcoming nice . And atleast put tissues and mirrors in the dirty toilets . No much choice of drinks . Please rather stay at home that go there . I came out smellin of fish like , i regret setting my foot in such a lower class place..there is no proper reciept after ordering . I couldn’t belive in England there is a place like that . I wonder if Health Inspectors have being there and approved the place . Even in Africa I can’t go to a lower class place like that !!
The food is fantastic. We had a good night
Went to dine in. As I went to order to order my food at the counter she was asking me what I wanted then started taking loads of containers of frozen jollof rice, egusi soup etc. Told the woman I wanted fresh food and not frozen so walked out.
Also dirty table cloths, chairs etc.
The food arrived late, fish and plantain were poorly packaged. I ordered 2 portions of goat meat suya and only 1 was delivered. I called to complain and the lady on the phone was very rude and claimed that she tried calling me to let me know that there was only 1 suya remaining (I was with my phone throughout tracking the order, no one called me). I asked for a refund for the item that was not delivered, I was told that I didn’t pay to them and I should get in touch with just eat for a refund or drive down to their shop to collect the other portion (meanwhile I had already paid for delivery). Eventually a family member had to drive down to collect the suya. Aside all this stress the food was not nice at all…fish was too dry, plantain was fried too hard and was dry too, the suya was not fresh either. Food was expensive for nothing. Definitely never ordering from them again, the rude lady put me off completely very poor customer service!
Sometimes the fish comes fresh and spicy .
When it's not fresh enough customer must be informed because it's quite dear.
Attended for a family meal; ended up waiting 1hr40 minutes. Can only conclude that they a are severely understaffed. The French speaking main host was rushing to take orders, but I can only thank her for her service.
The taller waitress was a different story. Waitress was rude and should polish up on her waitress etiquette and take note from her colleagues. Standing over me so you can talk to a dissatisfied customer while I'm eating can't be justified. Behaved very combative when a family members was dissatisfied with their lumpy and overcooked pounded yam. Attitude and approach needs to be polished up in this regard.
As for the meal, the plate was oily with grease but the fish I ordered was cooked nicely. The fries were not restaurant level. Thin and tired chips.
Salad was literally 2 cucumber slices and 2 slices of tomato. I kid you not. No lettuce, no salad sauce just vibes.
To conclude; the menu doesn't reflect what's in the store. Prices differ that what's written on the menu.
Can't speak too much about the toilets but according to family it left a lot to be desired.
