Stopped for breakfast full English £6.75 with coffee best prices encounter anywhere in the country. Lovely bakery and sit in cafe. 10/10 polite staff.
Called in today on a cycle trip home with my m8. Latte and cappuccino ordered and 2 x cakes.
Well all I can say is The Eccles cakes are FANTASTIC, great service from the 2 ladies who was serving ????????????.

Amazing cafe! Don’t be put off by it being listed as a bakery. Coffee & breakfast is amazing and amazing value and has sockets to charge your stuff. Highly recommended!
Great value bakery that also doubles as a small cafe. Polite staff and spotlessly clean, I’m guessing that all the produce is homemade as it’s so much better than mainstream supermarkets. The cafe has an extensive menu and is very fairly priced, a quality scampi, chips, salad, bread cake and tea is less than £8. Definitely with a stop if in Howden
Best value in town. I just wish that they served Panini because it is my favourite.
Brilliant Coronation picnic lunch....sandwiches, sausage rolls, quiche and yummy cupcakes. Plus we got take out bacon and egg sarnies, they were SO good. Thank you, fantastic food!
What a fabulous little cafe, excellent food and such friendly staff!
Having just completed a bike ride on the TPT from Selby to Howden, this cafe was a welcome find. We both had a sandwich, cake and a drink each, which we ate in. The staff were helpful and the food was very nice. A busy local shop that we’d happily use again.
