A very bad restaurant, workers do not respect customers, waiting for a boring without a reason you feel that he is busy, and it is not an event, and there is nothing wrong without parking.
In the past these guys were phenomenal. Good pizza, good price and quick delivery. Today they dropped the ball big time. I ordered online at 10:30am asking for 4 pizzas, a salad and breadsticks and asked that it be delivered by noon. After calling their phone line (straight to a full voicemail) the pizza arrived 40 minutes late. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again if they can't even deliver on time.
So, for those who gave less than 5 stars and for future customers: order your pizza and ask them to use one size smaller dough stretched out to your size; ask for extra sauce. I've been ordering from here for a few years now and it is CONSISTENTLY the best pizza, best service, in the downtown/midtown area. They messed up an order once, a week later I ordered again and it was delivered in like 20 minutes because the driver said they wanted to make up for last week as much they could. An unprovoked making-it-right and really, really good pizza: two reasons alone worthy of my past and future business.
So me and my coworker decided to get some pizzas for a potluck at work today. We knew this place is literally right around the block. We ordered very early in the morning to have it delivered by 11:45am. Pretty reasonable right? I mean they only had 3 hours to get it here on time? Ya right! These guys suck! We were 15 minutes late for our potluck because the driver was across Woodward at CVS trying to deliver the pizza to the pharmacy. We told them from the beginning we were located in the One Campus Martius building directly in front of Campus Martius. So we call the driver, his phone goes to vm for 5 mins straight, then he answers says he's still at CVS. He speaks broken English which you can barely understand. We told him all you have to do is go across the street to our building and he didn't understand. Finally he made it to us in the lobby gives us the pizzas which had a receipt with the amount we were told to pay. He then pulls another receipt out that says we owe about 13 dollars more and tells us we need to give him more money. So we call back up to Asiagos which apparently is also named Sicily's? Then we give the driver the phone to talk to them about the price, after he was done, he rudely handed the phone back and bolted away without saying one word. This whole experience was garbage and so was the pizza! Waste of $50. Btw they sent us this email after we called and complained...

even though I would like to clarify couple of things.
1.your order wasn't late ,you called us back at 1206 after the driver was waiting for you for 10 minutes - THE ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BY 11:45? WAY LATE
2.we have corrected the issue after you called the store APPARENTLY NOT IF YOU HAVE HORRIBLE REVIEWS
3.the driver wasn't rude ,yes he was in hurry because he had more orders to deliver - YOU WEREN'T EVEN THERE TO KNOW! WHAT A JOKE!
4.its clearly stated on the website that delivery is made out of Sicily's pizza . THEN WHY ARE YOU CALLED ASIAGOS?!!!
5.i wrote an email to you with an apology immediately - WHO CARESSSS, WE DONT!

Just left Asaigo's after placing a online order from my workplace. Picked up my order just before 6:30pm on a Thursday evening. Walked through the door and the two ladies were talking among each other as I stood waiting to be greeted. Then one of them finally greeted me as the other went to take the pizza out of the oven. Didn't like the service or the pizza.
The crust was soggy; not cooked thoroughly cooked and piled with too much cheese. I love cheese but it has to balance and not overpower the other ingredients. Not sure If I'll go again.
Made an online order which I never received, after waiting an hour and a half for, and was billed for. After contacting the location for 5 days and leaving my name and number each time for a manager that apparently is never there, and to quote the employees "He just shows up", and I have had 0 response or contact. Very sketchy place which I've already reported to the BBB. Just order Dominos.
I work for a well known company downtown Detroit, and needless to say our team will never order from here again! They were 20 mins late and then tried to over charge us. The delivery person was extremely rude and wasn't very helpful at all. Then they proceeded to email random excuses of how they're fair! What a joke!! Don't waste your money or time!!
Ordered delivery online never received call after an hour and a half I called the store they refused to deliver, refused to refund, had I not called them I wouldn't have even known they were not going to deliver my dinner. leaving me the choice of walking 10 minutes through an unfamiliar city or loose out on my pizza and money... Walked to store to get pizza it wasn't ready when I arrived... Worst service ever... Never go here... On top of that the pizza was a bit over cooked on the top and raw on the bottom how do you even do that with a convayer belt pizza oven.
Pizza was bland would have given it 2 stars at best if these shenanigans from them didn't happen...
