Ashu Auto Repair completely exceeded my expectations! This shop is honest and professional. I damaged my new SUV in a parking garage and immediately went searching for a body shop to repair the damage. I took the car to 4 shops in the area for estimates, but many had extremely high prices or wanted to cut corners on the repair. Ashu was the last shop I stopped at, and I am so grateful that I did.
Chapi was very friendly and looked at the car right away. He and the other attendants priced the parts and gave me a written estimate detailing all the work that would be performed. None of the other shops I went to did this. Ashu’s price was excellent and fair, and they agreed to completely replace the mirror and door hinges which were damaged.
I did not hesitate and left my car with them for the repair. It only took them 8 days to finish my car and it looks brand new! Their work is top-notch, the paint job was immaculate, and you could never tell that the car was damaged. They even washed the car for me! I highly recommend Ashu. They are trustworthy, honest, and professional people. They are friendly and have great customer service. I will only go to Ashu for my auto repair needs from now on.
After going to 6 different locations to get an estimate of the damage, Ashu Auto gave me both the best price and the fastest time of the repair. This was not an easy choice as I wanted my car to be like new.... after one day they called me to pickup my car. I could have not asked for a better outcome, as my car is now like new. AshuAuto Repair is the shop I would definitely recommend in Arlington, best of the best. They are always there for you, will most likely Not turn you away if you are willing to leave your car at the shop if no appointment. The mechanics are very competents. These guys are great. My experience had been a straightforward quote, a quick delivery, and a competitive rate. I went to three other body shops to have our car repainted. The price was competitive to them. It the service was fantastic. They gave me an actual date to drop off, they told me how long it would take to get it done and didn’t take longer. I brought my car back a month later because someone dinged it in the parking lot and they fixed for free, no questions asked. Really honest, really good work.
