Great find. With so many restaurants charging $30-60 for a breakfast/brunch buffet, this is a great find. Only $18 for adults and $13 for kids, this had a great assortment of food and all were fresh. Made to order omlettes and included beverages made it an exceptional value. The only negative, if I had to be picky, is that there isn't a lot of the lunch part of brunch.
Want to start off with, nothing wrong with the food, it is just bland. So if you are a pocky eater, this is for you. Even my grandson was disappointed, his chicken Alfredo tasted just like bechmel sauce with nothing added to it. My fish and chips was nothing to write home about and the 2 other kids do not eat anything with flavor so they don’t know what food with taste , taste like.
Now the salad bar is definitely worth a visit. Many choices and can make it your own. Then every drink my daughter tried ordering they were out of. Settled on a Gummi bear, expected a Gummi bear possibly on it as a decoration , nope. Service was great and everyone friendly.
Even though we drive in from just north of West Chester, we've added Ashley's to our "regular" list.
They have a large dining room and a large separate bar for additional eating.
Ashley's is clean, bright and airy with walls done in a trendy greige with white trim. The high- back chairs at the tables are comfy and good quality. The table as well as booth settings have cloth napkins. And very importantly, the lady's room is beautiful.
The extensive menu is imaginative and some of the entrees are served in beautifully shaped bowls.
The long salad bar, which may be ordered as an entree, is mind boggling. You really need to walk around it a few times to plan your plate- there are that many quality items.
This place is right around the corner from where we live. They have good food and some excellent entertainment. We discovered Anthony Della Barba, I would highly recommend checking him out, he's a very talented singer with a huge range from Frank Sinatra, Billy Joel, and Bruno Mars.
My uncle took me here the other day for lunch, and I have to say that this is truly a great restaurant. I went into the restaurant thinking that this would be just another dive bar but then I noticed the salad bar and clean atmosphere and was then pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Will definitely come here again when I am in the area.
My burger was quite good but the sweet potato fries come with a sauce that will spike your insulin. Damn it's so good. Awesome bartender too.

We came here on a Thursday, about the time they opened (11:15am). We drove up from Delaware, about a 20min drive. When we arrived, the restaurant was spotless and the hostess was friendly. We sat at our booth and our waitress asked us for our drink order and then we told her "we're here for the Salad Bar". She smiled and let us do our thing!! For starters, the salad bar was massive, fresh, and colorful and boy did I load up my plate (I actually had 2 plates lol). My mom ordered a crab cake dinner to go, but the chef made it broiled. We informed our waitress and she apologized and let the owner (Kevin) know. Kevin was very nice, apologized and gave us a complimentary dessert which we got a raincheck on because we were soooo stuffed from the salad bar lol. By the time we left, the restaurant was full of people and lively. There's also a nice sized bar on the other side with an area for live music that the restaurant hosts and an outdoor deck/patio area. I highly recommend Ashley's Restaurant and Bar for an afternoon lunch or an evening dinner. Great for small or large groups.
The establishment is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a bright and inviting atmosphere. The salad bar is particularly impressive, with everything in its proper place and nothing out of order. I often choose to sit in the bar section, as it offers high chairs for my children. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, and the management is always present, ensuring that everything is running smoothly. I would like to express my gratitude to Joe, Jason, and the rest of the staff for consistently exceeding expectations.
