(For starters, I have very very naturally curly hair)
Ive been going to Ashley for about 10 years now. When I first started coming here, my hair was DEAD. Over the years she helped me maintain my hair and has never ever disappointed me. I love her. She has seen me at my best and at my worst and has always made me feel so comfortable in her salon. and her employees do really good too! I never plan on switching hair stylist. 100% recommended
DO NOT cut your hair from this employee at Ashley hair salon. Today I went there and experienced the worst customer service by that employee. I asked her for a high fade and she did not do it right meaning she messed it all up. Also she was going too rough on my skin and now I’m left with a red scar. After cutting my hair she said “where is my tip” is said “there is no tip for you”, then she asks “why” I said “because I did not like your haircut and you were going too rough on me” and she said “well then don’t come next time.” This employee is the worst out of all. Please be aware.
I went in for hair color on a busy Sunday afternoon and Ashley and her assistant were so patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I had colored my hair at home before so it was a bit tricky for my highlights to look good but they both did such an amazing job that I was blown away. They usually close at 6pm on Sunday but they were open until 7:30 to figure out the situation and the outcome was beyond my expectations. They even gave me a trim since my hair was cut uneven from visiting another salon. Overall, Ashley and her employees are all really helpful and knowledgeable and such sweethearts!! They even offered me snacks since it took so long to color my hair! It was such a sweet gesture. I’m gonna be a regular here. Their prices are good too. Thank you Ashley and team!!
Worst service the employee is behavior is so bad specially the lady name (halena) she is just arguing and talk in different language she is not excepting her mistake and telling to
Customer that don’t come again and talking constantly and the owner is Ashley she is also not there when people people are there always coming late and they don’t know how to handle customer and how to cut the hair … bad experience never see like this…. ☹️????????
okay u might wanna sit down for this one. i went to this salon and only wanted a very slight trim on my curly hair. this lady cuts it soooooooooooooooo short like hoooooooolyyyyyy smoke. even tho multiple times i said NOT TO MAKE IT SHORT she didn’t listen now my hair is messed up bc she cut it so bad and so short, like how difficult is it to understand easy basic instructions. she cut off most of my curls so its not curly anymore. don’t come here even when its the only salon open in houston, getting a random stranger off the streets would probably be a better idea. i wish i could go lower than a 1. I have come here in Ashley Hair Salon Back in Fort for almost Three the owner of Saloon Ms. Ashley is very friendly and professional also she has very professional hardworking Staff Specially Ms. Tracy she did a wonderful job and did my hair cut i really like it Thank you ????
One of the employee she messed up my hair so bad, I dont know how im gonna show my face in public she was the same employee who gave the scar to the guy who posted a picture of her and i regret i should have read it before going to salon
They are very good hairstylist, I do recommend guys to come by and check it out. On the pixrs is my hair cut done today. 09/18/22
