I had placed an order for 2 cheese steaks and went to pick them up after a 15-minute drive, which went smoothly. However, upon getting home, I realized I received the wrong order. I understand that mistakes can happen, so I called the restaurant to inform them. They kindly asked me to return to pick up the correct order.
Although it meant an extra 30 minutes driving, I went back. Considering the situation, I hoped for perhaps a little more than an apology, given the extra travel and wait time, especially since I chose this place for its convenience.
When I got there, I decided to ask for a refund instead of the original order, which seemed to cause a bit of confusion. They were trying to be helpful, though, and after a brief discussion, they processed my refund. The staff member was very polite throughout the exchange.
I haven't had the chance to really try their food yet. This was my second visit with a hiccup, but who knows? Maybe the third time will be the charm!
Visited for the first time today. Got 2 slices of pepperoni. Service was excellent and I made the coolest new friend. Hey cinnamon! Ill b back to order again soon.
Pizza was good but a little greasy

I wasn't happy about the 20 minue wait and overhead delivery was about 2 hours. I also believe the menu I found online was much larger than the little board near the counter. Be sure to read the little menus on the one table. However the food is amazing and the portions are huge. The chicken cheesesteak was fantastic and the bread tasted fresh. The fries were fantastic as well.
This is what's delivered as "quality" pizza.. for rag bag rats maybe??? Don't order here for your own safety... trust a certified food service manager from many states including this one as well as a VFW.
Store is dirty. Staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. Food is prepared way ahead of time and used as it is needed. Delivery orders are not timely and are not kept warm. Drivers do not use hot bags and drive like jerks. I guarantee if the health department inspected this place, it would be shut down.
About a 3 1/2 star. They have gotten my orders in the past wrong. Last several months I felt like they turned a corner and have a good crew right now.
So far cheesesteaks are really good. Today we decided to try the buffalo chicken pizza. Not a fan, the buffalo sauce has a sweetness that almost tastes like a type of jelly. The crust and cheese was good though so I’m sure they make a good regular pie.
